TSKB Real Estate Appraisal General Manager Makbule Yönel Maya has emphasized that the increases in the prices of residential units during the recent years depend on the mega project, the creation of a residential stock in the region and maturation of the region. Maya has emphasized that bridge, subway, airport, hospital and similar public investments influence the regional dynamics and prices significantly. Stating that the square meter unit prices that were 5 thousand 750 liras on the average in Ataşehir one year ago have soared to 7 thousand 250 liras within one year, Maya as said that the close location of the Istanbul Finance Center (IFC) to the region has been influential in the increases in the prices.
