TSKB Real Estate Appraisal General Manager Makbule Yönel Maya, noting that the development of West Ataşehir as a residential area has started as of 2007, has said: "The IFC did not only influence residential development. Maya, who has also explained the reflection of the IFC and the developments in the region onto the prices, has said, "It is possible to say that the residential prices in East Ataşehir have increased at the levels of 25 percent over the last one year, while this increase rate has reached the levels of 20 percent also in West Ataşehir... Similarly, the increases in the sales prices in Ümraniye, Atakent and Armağanevler regions have reached the levels of 50 percent over the last 3 years.”
