Within this scope, we would like to brief you on the “Protection of Personal Data Law” that also covers the protection of your personal data.

As per the Protection of Personal Data Law (“PPDL”) numbered 6698, our Company, in capacity of data supervisor, will be able to process the personal data of individuals who have shared their personal data with our Company in the electronic media or verbally or in writing, and share such data with third parties under circumstances allowed by the legislation.

Your personal data are processed as based on the referred legal reasons in order for our Company to contact you, to be able to offer the services stipulated in the Capital Market Law and other legislations, to acquire identification, address and other information necessary to determine the details of the transacting party, to issue all records and documents that will serve as basis for the stipulated transactions, to duly ensure in-Company communication, to comply with the regulations in the Capital Market Law and other relevant legislations, to comply with the data storage, reporting, notification and other obligations stipulated by the CMB, BRSA, TCB and other public institutions, and to offer the products and services of the Company.

Within this scope, your personal data may be transferred to the relevant Company employees, individuals and institutions allowed by the provisions of the Capital Market Law and other legislations, courts, execution offices and other public institutions and organization for the aforementioned purposes.

We would like inform you that you are entitled to apply to our Company, in order to;

• learn whether your personal data have been processed or not,
• demand information in case they have been processed,
• find out about the purpose of processing and whether they have been used as relevant with the purpose or not,
• find out about the third parties to whom they have been transferred domestically / abroad,
• ask for the correction thereof, in case they have been processed incompletely / inaccurately,
• ask for the deletion / destruction thereof within the scope of the conditions stipulated in the 7th article of the PPDL,
• ask for notification on the transactions made as per the above mentioned paragraphs (d) and (e) to third parties they have been transferred,
• object to any results that may arise to your detriment as a consequence of the analysis thereof exclusively by automatic systems,
• demand to be indemnified for your damages in case you incur any damages due to the processing thereof in breach of the law.
