2002

TSKB Real Estate Appraisal Inc. was established.

2003

We became one of the first establishments licensed by the CMB.

2004

We established our İstanbul Headquarters office organization.

2005

The Security Valuation and Special Projects departments were formed.

We became the first valuation company that has been found worthy of the “Best Real Property Consultant in Turkey” award by Euromoney.

2006

Our Ankara and Izmir branches were opened concurrently.

We became the first valuation company that has received an ISO 9001:2008 quality certificate from BSI.

2007

We expanded our international customer network.

2008

We received the “Best Real Property Valuation Company of Turkey” and the “Best Real Property Consultant in Turkey” awards from Euromoney in the Liquid Real Estate Consultancy category.

2009

We became one of the first companies that have received licenses from the BRSA, and re-organized our Security Valuation department.

2010

We expanded our customer access by increasing the number of provinces where we serve.

2011

We opened 3 more branches concurrently in Adana, Antalya and Bursa.

We became one of the first companies in Turkey that has received the RICS certificate and documented our services at the international standards once more.

2012

We started to offer valuation services for green building investments.

2013

We re-organized our Special Projects department.

2014

We opened branches in Trabzon and Diyarbakir.

We received the “Best Real Property Valuation Company” award from Euromoney.

2015

Our senior management and organization chart were renewed.

We received the “Best Real Property Valuation Company” award from Euromoney.

We re-organized our Machinery Valuation department.

2016

We established our Corporate Quality and Business Development Department and accelerated our activities aimed to improve quality.

2017

Our 15th Foundation Anniversary…

We have achieved significant growth that focused on the Special Investment Department

2018

We have launched our new services such as real estate appraisal for zoning amnesty consultancy and citizenship right.

2019

We have added several varieties to our customer portfolio.

We have expanded our Machinery Appraisal Department.

2020

We have established a new efficiency-oriented structure.

We aim to adapt to the fast-changing dynamics of our sector at the same speed, to maintain our position as a “pioneer and skilled company”.
